1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AED 200. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of AED 20.
3. Payment Options
We accept secure card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE, so you can pay the way that suits you best.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, during business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Lava Glow Skin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
- Business days exclude weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and UAE public holidays.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
