1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.

  • The product seal or protective wrapping must remain unopened.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Opened or used skincare and personal care products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage.

  • Products returned after the 14-day exchange period.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for:

  • Damaged products.

  • Defective products.

  • Incorrect items received.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after review.

5. Return Shipping
